Pet Policy

Maximum two pets per apartment with breed restrictions. One time pet fee of $350 for first pet and $150 for second pet. $35 monthly pet rent per pet.

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans Pincers, Chows, Akita, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, or mixes of these breeds are not allowed. We reserve the right to add additional breeds to this list at any time. Conditional Breeds on having a Canine Good Citizen Certificate are: Dalmatians, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and German Shepherds.
